All catering orders are lovingly made out of our Dimond location (2042 MacArthur Blvd) except on Mondays and Tuesdays, when they are closed. On Mondays and Tuesdays, orders are lovingly made out of our Lake Merritt location (576 Grand Ave). Delivery is available 7 days a week.

CATERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please ensure that the order you’re placing today is the order in the amount you intend to receive. We get started right away to get our crews staffed and prepared for your order. If an adjustment is necessary, please contact our catering manager at (510) 328-3596 or info@grandlakekitchen.com. Please do not contact the restaurants directly.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made 14 days or more before the fulfillment date, clients will receive a full refund minus a 3% administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the fulfillment date will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total order value. Delivery fees are non-refundable less than 3 days prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 24 hours days prior to the event will not be refunded
Menu Modifications
If you wish to decrease your order, please do so no less than 3 days prior to the fulfillment date. Any decreases made less than 3 days prior to the fulfillment date may not be refunded. Increases may be made online up to 2 days prior to the fulfillment date. If you wish to make an increase after that, please contact our catering manager and we will do our best for you!
